It is off the beaten path, right on the shore with a beautiful view overlooking the bridge to Newport. The rooms at this hotel are spacious and well-designed. We stayed in a townhouse with a layout that we really liked, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the lower level. The kitchen and living/dining areas were a good size and had everything we needed. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable.

The lighting in the rooms was rather dim at night, so it could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and well-soundproofed hotel. The views from the terraces and porches were beautiful, with rabbits and birds providing a natural ambiance. The second-floor living room and kitchen gave us amazing water views and distant bridge sightings. Plus, the pool was open for a refreshing swim.

The hot tub was closed off with caution tape, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the hotel was a bit difficult to access and not all units faced the water.

Additionally, the location itself didn't offer many activities, so we had to drive to nearby areas for more things to do. The cost of the bridge toll to Newport was also a bit of a drawback.
