The location was fantastic with stunning bay views. The room had comfy beds despite being small. The on-site Claim Jumper restaurant was excellent. However, there were issues with cleanliness, lack of bathroom privacy, and unexpected fees for early check-in. Staff attitude varied, but many were friendly and competent.

the location 💖 was perfect, right on the waterfront with views of the star of india. Very convenient to downtown attractions. 🏙️ however, the 🍳 breakfast service was slow and some areas of the room were dusty. 🏨

we loved our stay at the bayside. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. the key card required for parking and all entrances made us feel very secure. our room facing the bay had a breathtaking view and a balcony. the pool area was enjoyable, and the free shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Loved the spot-on location, right across the street from the port, making it hella convenient; the balcony view of the harbor from our room was legit. Plus, the security was top-notch, needing the room key to access everything, even the elevator. The hotel was clean, chill, and the front desk peeps were super friendly. 🌅 a solid stay, but check-in time cutting into an extra night charge was a bit of a bummer.

Wyndham San Diego Bayside's prime location near the historic Star of India and the comprehensive shuttle service impressed me. The elegant rooms with designer toiletries and a stunning view from the balcony provided a comfortable and picturesque stay.

The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience, especially for longer stays.

Great location next to water. Plenty of dining options nearby. Room well-maintained with a comfy bed. Appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Noisy at night, main street proximity. Requested bay side, lower floor view not ideal.

Great Location with Beautiful Bay Views

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's prime location offering breathtaking views of the bay. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired, and the service could have been more attentive.

The Bayside offers stunning night views towards the city from the balcony. the staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist guests, making the stay memorable.

Subpar shuttle service, $30 extra for coffee.

During my recent business trip, my director selected the Wyndham San Diego Bayside for our accommodations, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The mid-size fitness center with machines and free weights offered a great space to squeeze in a workout, and the views of the outdoor space were particularly refreshing. The outdoor pool and poolside gym were also a fantastic addition, offering a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff's kindness with a hot drink in the cold won me over. I always return for the perfect fit - free amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception, plus the promise of a fun New Year's stay.

Lo mejor del hotel fue su ubicación a orillas del río en una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de las murallas y del centro principal de la ciudad. Las vistas panorámicas desde el comedor del cuarto piso fueron maravillosas. Además, el desayuno con vista a la ciudad medieval fue grandioso. También nos encantó la amabilidad y eficiencia del personal del hotel.

Our room with a balcony was a dream! Staff was extremely helpful. I'd DEFINITELY stay here again. the pool was even better than in the photos.

Wow. The hotel is like a mini city! I never left the property. Forget San Diego - everything's here: food, views, shopping. The shuttle saved my feet! I felt like a VIP dining on my balcony. I even hit the gym for some guilt-free indulging. The bold colors in the room gave me a warm feeling, like home. Beds are 👌. They really get me. My love for country music had me humming in the elevator. Can you believe it isn't Nashville?

My recent stay at Wyndham was for a cruise vacation and I stayed for a week. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing the cruise ship. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the towels and sheets were of good quality. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area and it had great access to all the attractions. The ride from the airport was greatly appreciated and added convenience to my trip. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore San Diego's attractions. the city view from the room balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. the airport shuttle service was a huge plus and made my travel experience stress-free.

While the room was great, the breakfast experience could have been improved. I would have preferred a buffet-style breakfast option instead of ordering from the menu.
