The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the kitchen was well-stocked, making it convenient for cooking our own meals. the hotel was also in a great location, close to attractions and amenities.

Our rooms were 2.5 hours late being ready and there was no communication from the hotel about the delay. It was frustrating to not receive an update or be able to reach someone at the hotel directly.

This hotel is great value for money and a convenient location away from tourist areas, but still close to attractions like the indoor water park. Rooms come with appliances and dishes and some even have a balcony or king bed. The staff is friendly and breakfast is great.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel facilities were amazing, with so many things to do for both me and my kids. The indoor pools were a hit, and there was even an arcade/activity center for the little ones. The hotel itself was modern and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, right next to the indoor park. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The water park and indoor play area were enjoyed by the kids. The staff was helpful and attentive. The facility was clean and welcoming. The suite was well-decorated and well-equipped. We are excited for our next trip.

I recently stayed at Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge for a weekend getaway. The suite was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The resort's indoor park was a highlight, especially since it was snowing outside. The location was convenient and the staff was very nice. The spacious rooms and overall atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. First off, the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the spacious rooms with balconies. I loved that the rooms came equipped with appliances and dishes, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a smile from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby national park. We were able to easily access the hiking trails and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The location of this resort was great, close to all attractions the area has to offer. We enjoyed that the units were away from the water park, making it more peaceful. The rooms had fully stocked kitchens with a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly, prompt and the rooms were very well maintained.

The ventilation fan didn't work properly in the bathroom and there was weak water pressure in the shower.

The waterparks and other on-site activities were perfect for my family. The condo was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was ideal for all of our planned outings. a great stay!
