This place is spotless and has lovely furnishings. The staff is super friendly. The lawn with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables adds to the great atmosphere. Best suited for bigger groups of friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and iron. The private balcony was a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was in the center of the fireplace and close to the slopes. It was also conveniently located near many Berkshire activities, making it easy for us to explore the local area. The staff, especially Teresa at the front desk, were friendly and extremely helpful. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We can't thank her enough for her excellent recommendations.

The indoor pool was enjoyable and at a warm temperature. The staff was friendly and provided quick service when requested, such as a new TV remote. The breakfast options were decent and the bed was comfortable. The soaps and shampoos were a nice touch. it was a pleasant stay with good value.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was in the perfect location close to where a hockey tournament was happening and had some great restaurants nearby. The service was top-notch, from the courteous and personalized staff to the great housekeeping. We were impressed with the room amenities, including the ironing facilities and wonderful heating and air conditioning which kept us comfortable throughout the stay. The garden furniture was a nice touch and the bathtub was a great way to relax. The free toiletries were a bonus and we enjoyed watching TV on the flat-screen TV.

The tub in our bathroom was a little curved, which made it a bit slippery when stepping in. However, the rest of the room was very nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the omelet. The property itself was also beautiful, providing a picturesque setting for our stay. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, ensuring a positive experience. we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The only minor drawbacks were the kids running up and down the halls in the evening, which made it a bit difficult for us to relax. Additionally, the coffee maker being placed in the bathroom and unwrapped glasses and cups on the sink were not the most sanitary setup.

Centrally located in the Berkshires with easy access to Divine Mercy Shrine and slopes. Attentive staff handled early arrival of 2 busloads during breakfast. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools. Beautiful rustic grounds and peaceful rooms despite busy route nearby. Great value for money.

Likes , the hotel had comfortable beds and the rooms were bright and airy. the free Wi, Fi was also a nice perk. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was within walking distance of popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. We enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the great view from the back of the hotel.
