The staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to help with any needs. the resort's location was ideal, just a quick taxi ride away from other parts of the island. the view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking a beautiful beach and the surrounding scenery.

There were some minor maintenance issues that needed attention. One day, we experienced a water outage that almost caused us to miss a planned excursion.

Flamboyan On the Bay Resort & Villas offers 2 pools, a great restaurant, and a fantastic take-out sandwich/coffee shop on-site. the friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay. Enjoy an awesome balcony view of Magen Bay, despite the road below. the room is spacious and comfortable, with daily room service.

Shower malfunctioned briefly one night. TV service limited to Netflix.

My trip was for relaxation, and I stayed at Flamboyan On the Bay Resort. the staff, especially Lori and Wanda, were exceptional. the cleaning crew was meticulous, and the pool area was clean and inviting. the variety of amenities, from the tennis court to the Coffee Grind Cafe, added to the overall experience. the location's proximity to Magens Bay beach was a plus for peaceful days by the water.

Always stay at Flamboyan On the Bay. Staff found my forgotten things first visit! Has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Poolside snack bar, Outdoor pool, Tennis court, AC. Coming back for trip.

We had an amazing time staying at a resort overlooking Magen's Bay. The location was secluded in the hills, providing a beautiful view of the bay, while still being close to any activity on the island. The room was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided great service, including a delicious breakfast each morning. We enjoyed spending time at the bar and restaurant next to the resort. The pool and facilities were a plus, making our stay even better.

The resort could benefit from some maintenance and updating to provide an even better experience.

The two complementary cocktails we received upon arrival were a nice touch and set the tone for a great stay. the location was perfect for exploring the city as we were just a short walk from the main attractions. the view from our room was amazing and made for great sunset watching.

The pool area at the resort was very enjoyable and relaxing, with comfortable loungers and a great view of the bay. However, one day there were some disruptive guests who were playing loud music and being inappropriate. It would have been nice if security had handled the situation. Despite this, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would recommend the resort.

This hotel is a hidden gem on St. Thomas, located in the tropical hills overlooking Magens Bay. The value for money is unbeatable, with kitchenettes in the rooms and a nice veranda to enjoy the view. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the basic amenities are all there.
