great time at a beautiful spot

Loved the location - super close to the ferry and beaches. The staff was super friendly, and our room was clean with great views. We enjoyed the karaoke nights, and the cafe staff made my mornings brighter. The wait for shuttles could be a bit long sometimes, especially with the main pool closed for renovations.

Spacious, clean rooms with stunning views. Two excellent pools and friendly staff. Cab rides to other beaches can be a bit expensive.

During our stay at Margaritaville, we had a fantastic time at the Chill pool on the rooftop. The view was breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The room amenities were impressive, especially the wall unit and chairs outside our doorway. We also had a great experience with Leonard, the friendly and entertaining driver of the service carts.

One downside of our stay was the presence of seaweed on the beach. Although the hotel made efforts to remove it, there was still a stretch of the beach where you had to step over piles of seaweed to enter the water.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaritaville! The resort was clean and well-maintained, and the pools were a huge plus. We were able to easily visit St. Johns twice from the nearby Red Hook "Ferry" and the taxi service was convenient. The restaurant had delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. we can't wait to go back!

The resort offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and a refreshing virgin daiquiri upon check-in. The location is convenient for accessing the Ferry service to St. John and the resort has its own security and gated entrance. There are two pools, including one with a bar in the water, and a beautiful beach view. The updated and beautiful bathrooms, free laundry facilities, and helpful activity planner in the lobby add to the positive experience. the location and staff are amazing, making it highly recommended for a stay.

We loved the helpful staff who texted us information about the hotel and the free shuttle to Coki beach prior to our arrival. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop swimming pool during its business hours. The friendly staff at the front desk made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hilltop properties had amazing views and kept us away from the unpleasant smell caused by the seaweed on the beach. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was great, near Red Hook where you can find excellent restaurants like Agave and 3 Palms.

Our bed had bed bugs, which was a terrible experience considering the high price we paid. the lack of room service and support from the staff was disappointing.

The location, staff, views, and drinks were amazing. Cocki beach was just a 5-minute walk away. The front desk employees were professional, caring, polite, and friendly. The room was nice and clean, except for a blinking light on the smoke detector. Golf carts provided convenient transportation after a day at the beach.

I recently stayed at this resort for a week-long vacation. The room was spacious and the grounds were beautiful. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and take in the views. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The lobby was impressive, and they even offered me a refreshing drink during check-in. The location was convenient, especially for taking the ferry to St. John. The resort had excellent security measures in place and the staff was always available to assist with anything I needed. The bathroom in the room was modern and luxurious, and the free laundry facility on each floor was a bonus. I especially appreciated the assistance from Angelo, the activity planner, who helped make my partner's birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend staying at this fantastic resort.

The property looks pretty and has a decent location close to restaurants and Coki Beach. The pool is well-maintained, and the rooftop pool has a fantastic view with a happy hour. Some cabs are always available, and there are golf carts to ride around.

Some cab drivers are rude, and the staff seems to treat guests as an inconvenience, with a lack of service and even false promises.

Our stay at Margaritaville was amazing. We spent a week enjoying the resort's clean pools and convenient location near Red Hook Ferry. The hotel staff was beyond polite, happy, and helpful. The restaurant served delicious meals and drinks, and the golf carts were a lifesaver after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the transportation provided to Coki Beach. We will definitely be returning!
