This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with an old charm and offer all comforts. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay and the owner even provides free transfer service to various locations. The breakfast, included in the price, is diverse and delicious.

Spending my recent Xmas holiday at this hotel was an incredible experience. I was pleased with the warm hospitality, the delicious breakfast, and the spacious bathroom with 24x7 hot water. the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby local markets and traditional restaurants. the friendly family running the hotel offered free airport transfers and even surprise upgrades to some guests.

The noise level was higher than expected due to the close proximity of the rooms and some rowdy guests. the bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable for my liking.

The location was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance of the Old City. We also discovered some hidden restaurants nearby. The host family even gave us a ride to the train station. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Uzbek suzanes. The bathroom was clean and had hot water 24x7. The service was exceptional, with the staff treating us like their own family. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from the local market. We also enjoyed vegan pancakes and pre-ordered vegan dinners, which were incredibly tasty. The towels were changed daily, and the bedsheets were pristine white and ironed.

The hotel may not be the newest, but it added to the charm of our stay.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The traditionally decorated room was spacious and comfortable, complete with central heating and a flatscreen satellite TV. The large bathroom with a huge shower/bath tub added to our relaxation. The daily cleaning service and fresh towels were a nice touch. The hotel's location on a quiet side street in the old city centre made it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The breakfast, prepared by the friendly Sitara, was delicious and offered a variety of options. One of the highlights of our stay was when the owner, Sultan, took us to a traditional local restaurant for a free meal, giving us a truly authentic experience. He even went above and beyond by helping me reschedule my cancelled flights on the hotel computer. On the day of our departure, Sultan personally drove us to the railway station, refusing any payment. The level of care and hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional and rarely experienced in our travels. I highly recommend this hotel for its unseen hospitality and top-notch location.
