The breakfast selection was amazing, with attentive staff and indoor/outdoor seating. The bed was comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spa staff were welcoming, providing relaxing experiences. The outside terrace was a great place to soak up the sun, and the Sette terrace bar served delicious and reasonably priced cocktails.

Great value for money, with enormous and finely decorated rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with major sites within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from allowing us to check-in early to arranging a driver for our sightseeing.

The bed in the room was also super comfy and spacious, I had a great night's sleep. The spa staff were really friendly and made sure I had a relaxing stay. The robes they provided were so cozy. I also loved the outdoor terrace where I could soak up the sun before going for a swim in the pool. The Sette terrace bar had delicious cocktails at reasonable prices, and they were really generous with their measurements.

There were a few things that disappointed me during my stay. there were some small issues with facilities not working properly, like the hand dryers and the steam room in the spa.

The hotel is in a prime location, situated near the beautiful Eric garden, making it a great base for exploring the city. The breakfast in the restaurant was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Sette restaurant also offered a fantastic dining experience, with mouthwatering dishes that left a lasting impression. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel experience. The hair and nail salon within the hotel had misleading pricing, resulting in unexpected additional charges.

We loved the complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the chocolate-covered strawberries were a nice touch. the hotel is located near popular tourist attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of the city skyline, and the drinks were reasonably priced.

The room was not soundproof, and we could hear the noise from the street and adjacent rooms. the bathroom was quite small, and the shower was not powerful enough.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, a rare find in Uzbekistan. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, satisfying even the pickiest eaters. The spa staff ensure a truly relaxing stay, providing cozy robes for added comfort. The outdoor terrace offers a serene atmosphere for enjoying refreshing cocktails at reasonable prices. The hotel's exquisite decoration makes you feel like you're visiting a museum.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! We enjoyed exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi. the staff was attentive to our needs, providing full body massages and even special diets.

The only minor issue was the size of the room. It was slightly smaller than what we expected from a luxury hotel.

The breakfast had a great variety of food, and I loved that it changed daily. The restaurant on the 7th floor was also amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, with fast WiFi and a great shower. The daily supply of water was a nice touch. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and I even enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment. The ATM and currency exchange machine in the lobby were very convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff made me feel welcome and even addressed my previous comments from my last visit. The upgraded room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect and the bar on the 7th floor was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. Despite the higher rates, the overall experience was worth it. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. I will definitely choose this hotel again.
