Gorgeous terrace views, especially during sunset.

Central location facing the Opera House, small garden well kept, pool area not suitable for swimming

The hotel clearly needs a refurbishment!!! Décor is outdated, furniture in rooms is worn and dark. Chipped bathroom fixtures and erratic housekeeping did not impress!!! Concerned about safety of the balcony and slow customer service!!!

Proper lovely spot! The views of the Navoi theater were a right treat, and the staff were top-notch, always there when ya need 'em. Only downside was the dinner menu was a bit fixed, but brekkie was pure class! Deffo worth a visit!

Staying at Lotte City Hotels Tashkent Palace was a delightful experience. The staff were polite and incredibly attentive. Breakfast had a remarkable variety, and the swimming pool offered a perfect retreat after exploring the city.

However, the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, some areas of the hotel felt dated, which detracted from an otherwise remarkable stay.

A fantastic stay with a central location next to the Opera House! The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the easy check-in process made my arrival smooth. Breakfast is a true highlight, offering a variety of fulfilling options including Korean cuisine. The pool area and sauna added relaxation after a busy day exploring local parks and bazaars.

The stunning views of the National Opera from my balcony and the extensive breakfast options, especially the fresh juices, were unforgettable highlights. However, late-night noise from the nearby nightclub was disruptive at times.

the beds were really hard. i had a great stay overall though! the breakfast had a wide selection. especially loved the fresh juices. the location is perfect. just a short walk to the opera house.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfortable room, 24-hour reception, and the relaxing poolside snack bar. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

i loved my stay at lotte city. the location is central, right by a beautiful garden, and the rooms are spacious with cozy beds. breakfast was delicious, especially the variety they offered. the outdoor pool was a great escape after a long day, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near major sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore. Breakfast is a highlight with ample variety, including delicious crinkle-cut fries. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic ambiance for evening drinks. However, some areas of the interior felt a bit dated, and the decor was not to my taste. While the staff were friendly and professional, check-in could have been smoother.

The hotel features two beautiful courtyards for relaxation. The only issue was the pool seemed to have pigeons around.

It is a splendid hotel with a lovely terrace restaurant and engaging therapy services available nearby and a wall of celebrity history!

Nice stay with a few bumps

I enjoyed my time, cozy room with a nice view of the gardens. The breakfast had an omelette station, which was a highlight! But, I had to wake up super early because of the noisy generator outside my window. Also, getting the staff to agree on dinner plans was a bit tricky. Still a solid place overall!
