The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and volcanoes from some rooms. The room was clean, cozy, and had a wooden bench next to the window for reading. Quick warm water and daily room cleaning. Tasty breakfast with the option for a takeaway breakfast. Viewpoint in a tower for guests to enjoy. Convenient location close to the town center. Helpful staff and the option to organize trips through the hotel's travel agency.

The noise from nearby bus tours and thin walls may disrupt your peace and quiet during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, up a hill overlooking the beautiful lake, was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, from organizing our tours to reserving taxis for us. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and there were options for takeaway breakfast as well. We also enjoyed the view point up in the tower, where we could take in the stunning scenery. the service, location, and comfort provided enhanced our stay here.

Friendly staff, great view, appropriate room size, good bed and bathroom, tasty breakfast.

Great location for exploring the city, just a short walk away from the center. the view from the room was spectacular, and it was really spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks at the bar and the free breakfast.

The hotel could use some updates as it appears old and worn. the noise from the floor above was bothersome, and the bed was uncomfortably small.

I gotta say, great value for the money and the room was pretty darn good. The location was fantastic, close to the town center and the lake but still nice and quiet. And the staff? Super friendly and helpful.

Only thing that could make the breakfast better is maybe some more variety in the offerings.
