The hotel provided excellent room service and laundry services, ensuring that all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar area. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Silk Road Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even upgraded our room as a special treat! The bedding and room facilities were top-notch, providing the perfect level of comfort. To make our visit even more memorable, the manager, Mr. Nozim, took us on a tour of the local sights and treated us to the most delicious plov in town. On top of that, they surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt celebration during breakfast. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. We were sad to leave and would definitely choose Silk Road Hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel experience.
