The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the town center, making it convenient for business travelers. it was situated near a beautiful beach, allowing guests to enjoy some leisure time after work. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered was delicious and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

There were limited options available for vegetarians on the menu.

Good food, helpful staff, chef delivered dinner to our room when restaurant was full. Comfortable accommodation options with privacy. Open pool and restaurant with great views. Owner and staff welcoming and accommodating. Great value on Santo island.

For us it was ideal.

Spent xmas at a hotel with nice room views of the ocean, and had great food options. The hotel was walking distance from local shops and restaurants, which made for a convenient location. A bonus was the free use of kayaks, and exploring nearby islands was a fun experience.

The hotel lacked proper toiletries and the pool area was unkempt. , the staff was unaccommodating and unhelpful, which made for a grumpy xmas experience.

The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of town but still within walking distance or a cheap cab ride. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, with options for families or groups. I loved the fluffy white towels and the verandah with a view. The air conditioning was a plus, especially in the summer heat. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.
