The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic, offering a wide variety of freshly cooked breakfast options like eggs and more. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly, providing great service. I also love that the hotel has a sauna, which is very tidy and spacious, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a long day.

The check-in process can be a bit lengthy, which can be frustrating for guests who want to quickly settle into their rooms.

The decorations during Xmas gave a festive feeling, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. the breakfast had a good selection, and the location was in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel room was quite dark, and the lighting was not sufficient for reading or getting ready. the wifi was not free and quite slow, which made it difficult to do any work.

Luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa center offered a range of massages and beauty treatments that were very relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers available and a beautiful garden area to enjoy. The restaurant served delicious food, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for a drink. Cons: the only minor issue was that the outdoor dining area was a bit noisy, but it did not detract from the overall experience.
