The hotel itself was amazing, with spacious and comfortable beds that left us feeling relaxed. The location was superb, merely steps away from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops.

I had a remarkable view from my room at Yarra Ocean Suites. The pool also offered a great view. The staff at the door were very nice, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast had a good variety and the noodle soup was delicious. the service was good and the staff were polite.

I would have preferred if some of the staff had better English skills as communication was a bit tricky at times. the ironing service was a bit pricey and could have been done better.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a room that had a wonderful view and access to a rooftop pool. The location was perfect, with the beach just across the road and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had a knee injury, and the tour desk provided reasonably priced private transfers.
