I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sapa. The location was perfect, nestled on top of a hill overlooking the stunning mountains. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and there were great facilities for families, including a pool table and swimming pool.

The TV channels and remotes needed to be checked as some of the channels didn't work.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Sapa for a short getaway. The staff at Aira Hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and offered great amenities, including a pool and gym. The rooms had beautiful views and were very comfortable. The spa services were top-notch, offering a peaceful and luxurious experience. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, catering to both local and western tastes. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the staff was extremely friendly and offered us complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the location was perfect - a short walk into town to enjoy local dining and shopping, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. the best aspect was waking up to the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The dirt road leading to the hotel made for a difficult arrival, with construction nearby causing a bit of a mess. we found the shower hard to control and ended up with water on the bathroom floor.

We had an exceptional stay at a beautiful, clean, and new hotel. The view of the mountain scenery was outstanding, giving us a sense of tranquility. Despite being a little far from the city center, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful environment, away from the noise and dust. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, displaying exceptional service. We appreciated the hotel's efforts to be sustainable, although we would have liked to see a reduction in single-use plastic in the restaurant. we highly recommend Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
