We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. Our deluxe suite was beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities, making us feel pampered and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to fulfill our every need. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore.

Despite the overall great experience, we encountered a minor issue with the spa and wellness center. The indoor swimming pool was crowded and lacked a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a mix of à la carte and buffet options. The high standards and cleanliness throughout the hotel were impressive. The in-house pizza restaurant was a standout, serving superb dishes.

We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the spa area. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The noise from the modern glass-wall toilet in the room, which lacked privacy and could be uncomfortable for some.

It was a bit crowded, but the facilities were great and made it worth the visit. the location was perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. The room amenities were also a plus, with complimentary water, coffee and chocolate every day.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were some leftovers from the previous occupants.

Excellent facility and service. Exceptional food for the location. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near city center and ski lifts. No need for a car.
