We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to easily walk to the main sites of the city and explore the bustling back packer area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful French feel. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, where we could relax and take in the stunning views.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to popular attractions and a bustling market. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bed and a rain shower that we enjoyed. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear the beeps of neighboring rooms' door scanners. the cleaning staff seemed to only freshen the towels and make the beds, as some dirt on the floor remained from day to day.

We found this place to be conveniently located in the heart of the city center, with easy access to some nice tourist attractions and lots of eating options nearby. The staff here were top-notch, always welcoming us with a smile and trying their best with any request. The breakfast offer at this hotel was amazing, with plenty of choice and quality, rated 5 * in fact was the best offer in a hotel in our travels in Vietnam, even the pricier ones we stayed at. The leisure spa & wellness center was superb, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, with top-notch food & drink service from the bar staff.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the market and shopping centers, and within walking distance of attractions. The staff were courteous and helpful, with good English skills.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with 24-hour shops just across the street and close proximity to all the attractions in this nice area. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop bar which offered a great view over the city. The staff were very responsive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. During my Thanksgiving stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary high tea and a quick swim in the hotel pool. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local restaurants. we appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who ensured a comfortable stay.

The room size was quite small, making it difficult to move around with more than one person in the room. the breakfast area was overcrowded, and we experienced some difficulty with the elevator being slow and not stopping at the desired floor.
