I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to An Bang beach and close to all the major attractions like the old town and night markets. The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and pool area. it was a luxurious and convenient experience.

The gym could use some improvement.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and genuine welcome we received at Allegro. The staff member at check-in took the time to personally show us to our room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a peaceful oasis. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the high-quality toiletries and the plush bathrobes. The location was ideal, with easy access to the charming old town of Hoi An. And the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast spread, which offered a variety of options to suit every taste. our stay at Allegro was truly memorable and we would definitely recommend it to others.

As adventure travelers, we loved the freely available bikes for exploring Hoi An's old town and market. The staff, especially Natalie and Jane, were genuinely caring and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool provided a great place to cool off, and the bar/restaurant offered delicious food and drinks. The hotel room had everything we needed and nothing we didn't, providing a peaceful and relaxing space.

Two notable aspects of this hotel were the excellent service and the amazing breakfast options. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including both local and international cuisine. the hotel's location was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the city center and the old town.

One area for improvement was the English proficiency of some of the staff. While they were friendly and kind, their language skills could have been better.

We spent our thanksgiving holiday at a wonderful hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was ideal for exploring the local area and we enjoyed taking advantage of the free bikes to explore further afield. the pool was lovely and a great place to relax in the sunshine.

While the breakfast was nice, we felt that it could have been improved with a wider selection of items, especially more fresh fruits and vegetables. we found that the room was quite noisy, especially during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight of my stay with a variety of treatments including massage, body scrub, and facial. the swimming pool was massive and the sun loungers made for a comfortable afternoon in the sun. the private facilities were luxurious and exclusive, making my stay that much more enjoyable. the location advantages of this hotel can't be beat as it was located a short distance from the Old Quarter but still had a peaceful environment with a stunning garden area.

The only minor downside was the gym which could use some additional equipment but I was able to get a great workout in regardless. this was the only flaw I could find and it didn't detract from my overall experience.

This hotel is amazing! The pool is fantastic, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is extensive. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the old district. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The bonus of a beach house with free transfer and access is a great surprise.

The decor was really good and the staff were wonderful and quick to find solutions to problems. the spa was fantastic and clean. the location was perfect for visiting the old town.

The beds could be better overall and the breakfast buffet alternated every two days and could be a bit repetitive. the toothpaste provided could be improved.
