The Spirit Deluxe room was amazing with its unique layout and comfortable bed. The soundproofing was top-notch, ensuring a peaceful sleep every night. The pool area had three different sections, including a shallow pool for kids and a calming waterfall. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing towels and delicious grilled meat skewers by the pool. The free daily massages were rejuvenating, accompanied by a steam room and sauna. The morning yoga session was a great addition. The hotel itself was beautiful and conveniently located near the old quarter. The rooms were clean and modern, with helpful staff providing recommendations for local food and activities. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel even arranged a doctor when needed. The bikes provided were a nice touch. our stay was exceptional and we would definitely return.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the comfortable and spacious Spirit Deluxe room. The bed was cozy and the bathroom facilities were great. The pool area was a highlight, with different areas to swim and relax surrounded by calming palm trees. The staff were lovely, always providing towels and grilling delicious meat skewers next to the pool. The free daily massages were a fantastic perk, making us feel rejuvenated after each session. I recently stayed at the Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa for seven wonderful days. The staff, including Binh, Phat, My. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate working area. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of both Western and Vietnamese options. The pool was perfect, and I also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach. The location was convenient, just a short walk or bike ride to the old town.

I can recommend this hotel.

During my Easter break, I stayed in a resort that offered me the best holiday experience. the hotel provided complimentary beach towels and water bottles for all guests, which was a great gesture. the hotel was located near the beach and had stunning views of the sunset from my room. the hotel's spa services were exceptional.

The only downside was the limited food options in the hotel's restaurant. Despite this, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to recommend nearby restaurants that were equally good.

Refreshing towels and water on arrival, room service more than once a day. Spectacular lobby/café, beautiful pool area and spa. Perfect room with luxurious bed, bath, and shower. Excellent breakfast and massages. Super friendly staff, champagne and chocolate strawberries, comped drinks. Great jacuzzi and pool. Highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities available at this hotel. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were immaculate, and the spa centre was top-notch with a range of treatments available. The massage we received as part of our package was a highlight and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The restaurant was a bit of a let-down in terms of food quality and pricing. While the buffet breakfast was extensive, the menu lacked variety and the dishes we tried were mediocre.

We stayed at a wellness resort in Vietnam for 4 days. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, just a short walk to the ancient town. The service at reception and the spa was exceptional. The breakfast was good, although the variety could have been better. The pool was nice, but the majority of the staff looked unhappy. It would be great if they could improve the staff's morale to enhance the overall experience. I would recommend this resort.
