The room view was outstanding, allowing a memorable experience of the city and mountains. The location was key to moving around the city with ease. The hotel staff provided excellent service during the whole stay.

The communication was problematic due to language barriers, making it hard to understand and enjoy the hotel amenities. The air conditioning was defective and insufficient, which made it hard to sleep through the night.
