The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach area and shopping street. The beach bar was great, and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The rooms were nicely furnished with spacious bathrooms and were always kept clean by the hard-working staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, perfect for starting the day. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome, just like the hotel manager in the other review.

There were some issues with the plug sockets, which could be quite annoying.

The reception team kindly upgraded our room without charge and it had a beautiful view. The room was spacious and well-stocked. Appreciated the helpful and friendly entertainment team. The restaurant had good variety and taste. The gardens were lush and the staff always had smiles.

Amazing animation team, fun activities, and delicious food. I enjoyed watching the Fireshow and playing beach volleyball. The omelette station at breakfast was great and there was always a new dish to try. a fantastic experience.

This venue provides top-notch service, incredible dining options, and plenty of leisure activities like swimming, spa treatments and even karaoke. The 24-hour room service and reception made it very convenient for me to get everything I needed, and the on-site car park and airport shuttle were very helpful.

We celebrated New Year at a hotel somewhere between Hurghada and El Gouna. the hotel offered two free complementary drinks per person, and a beautiful fireworks show at midnight. the location was great with taxis and shuttles available all the time. the hotel gardens were well-maintained, and it was lovely to walk around.

The beach was not great with many rocks and it was difficult to walk without water shoes. the main restaurant was a bit underwhelming, and the food could have been better.
