This hotel is a true gem, offering pure luxury and relaxation. The staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of exclusive amenities. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive room advantages that added to the luxurious experience. The restaurant and bar/ lounge area offered delicious in-room breakfast and a range of premium beverages.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the narrow and dimly lit entrance alley lane, which could be a tripping hazard at night. Nonetheless, this did not detract from our overall experience, and the location advantages of this hotel far outweighed this minor issue.

Their attentiveness to detail was outstanding, from checking in to seeing if I required anything extra for my meetings. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, catering to different dietary needs. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with brand new beds that were perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to key business locations, which was very convenient.

One aspect that could be improved is the location of the hotel. It is quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore after work.

There are also thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, such as the Vietnamese New Years' treats and teas provided upon arrival.

The main entrance alley lane can be a little tricky to navigate at night due to dim lighting and a narrow gravel path.
