I recently stayed at Ancient Lane and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of options, including a vegetarian choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and a cozy bed. I also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace, which provided a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my business trip. the location was perfect, with plenty of attractions and sights within walking distance. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the comfortable beds provided in the rooms.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. Some rooms were a bit on the small side, and there were a few areas that needed repairs.

The staff were absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even kept our bags for free when we went on a day trip. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and the cleaning staff could be a little loud in the morning. It would have been better if the rooms were more spacious and if the cleaning staff were quieter.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel's location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring this city. We were just a short walk away from Ho Guom Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and many street food restaurants. It was so convenient to have a diverse array of dining options right at our doorstep. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and the facilities provided were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of having transportation readily available to anywhere in the Old Quarter. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

We stayed at a great little hotel right in the center, tucked away in a charming alley. the staff, Tracy, Lily, and Daisy, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided us with helpful information and recommendations. Our room was modern, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. the breakfast included was amazing, with a menu where we could order anything we wanted for free. the staff, particularly Trang and Tung, provided exceptional customer service and made our experience unforgettable. We've traveled extensively, but no other hotel compares to Ancient Lane's hospitality.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊
