We had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel. the design, cleanliness, and friendly staff made our experience unforgettable. the breakfast had a great variety of food and the daily surprises made it even better. the free shuttle service to the old town and the beach was a big plus, helping us save on transportation. Our room with a garden view was peaceful and clean. the BBQ section and happy hour were a hit, and the pool was spacious and sunny. Vin, one of the staff members, made our last day special with her friendly chat. Anio Boutique Hotel Hoian exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!

We had a great experience at Anio Boutique Hotel. the reception staff, Julia and Hannah, were always available on WhatsApp and went out of their way to assist us. Hannah, in particular, provided amazing customer service. the hotel had two spacious pools that we enjoyed, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. the location was between the old town and the beach, and we were able to easily explore the area using the hotel's complimentary bicycles. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in Hoi An. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and friendly staff. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had a huge balcony. What impressed me the most was the attentive and helpful nature of the staff. They went above and beyond, even remembering my name throughout my stay. I booked a cooking class tour on my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. the hotel itself was stylish and had a great pool area. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the free shuttle service was a convenient perk.

The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. The hotel also offers facilities such as a swimming pool and a massage spa, adding to the overall experience.

There is some confusion regarding the location of the free shuttle bus pick-up at the beach, which could be improved with clearer signage.

We had a great Easter weekend stay, and the complimentary Easter egg basket was a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the beach was fantastic and we enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrellas. the free shuttle to the town center was also helpful and saved us money on transportation. the sunrise view from the room was breathtaking.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked and the valet parking service was disorganized, causing some delays when we wanted to use our car.

They provided a shuttle service to the main beach area and made sure to check in with us regularly. Simon and Mr Harry were particularly outstanding. I wish we could have stayed longer because the experience was truly unforgettable.
