The rooftop pool was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location near the beach and nice restaurants. Private driver service available for reasonable prices.

Complimentary drinks and breakfast boxes for early departures show their attention to detail. The rooftop pool offers a relaxing way to take in the city skyline, with staff available to serve drinks.

Some guests experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, which was poor and unreliable.

During my stay at Aria Grand Hotel & Spa, the staff provided exceptional customer service. They gave me helpful recommendations on places to visit and dine at. They even allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, allowing me to make the most of my time in Da Nang. The view from the rooftop bar and pool area was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service staffs were amazing and always helpful. the rooftop pool was sensational, and the view was breathtaking. I loved the complementary sauna and the breakfast. the location was perfect, easy to get to town and other areas. I also loved the fact that they had a wide variety of food options.

There was some noise from construction work next door that started at 6 am, but it only lasted for a few hours. the gym was small and didn't have good equipment, but there was a good gym just 10 minutes away.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Silver, who provided us with excellent advice and assistance during our visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and a quick taxi ride to the popular attractions. The rooftop swimming pool offered stunning views and natural water, making our relaxation time even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options to cater to all dietary needs. We were impressed with the quality and variety provided. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
