The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city, which allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. the room was also clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of work.

The noise from outside was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the bathroom amenities could have been improved.

The staff at Au Coeur D'Hanoi Boutique Hotel were incredibly warm and attentive. Upon arrival, they personally showed us to our room and arranged our holiday itinerary. Their attention to detail, especially with airport transfers, was impressive. The location of the hotel was superb, close to all the essentials like food and convenience stores. The interior and rooms had an upscale feel that made it stand out. I had a memorable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the lively Old Town. The location couldn't have been better - surrounded by shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Khánh Linh and Ms. Huyền, who gave great recommendations for local food and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views of the old quarter. The hotel also provided basic amenities like WiFi and breakfast included.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
