The Aurora Hotel Plaza in Bien Hoa was a pleasant stay with spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location near the Vincom Mall. The hotel itself was clean with comfortable beds and excellent WiFi throughout. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the staff provided attentive service, including helping with taxis and offering adequate English language support.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and local attractions. The restaurant served delicious food, and the fitness center was great for a quick workout.

The towels in the room were not in great condition, but they were still usable. The laundry detergent used had a strong and unpleasant smell. It would have been better to have used a different fragrance. the hotel was enjoyable and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible from the freeway. We also appreciated the proximity to the airport, making our travel experience much more convenient.
