Excellent customer service during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, especially the valets and bar staff. They even decorated pumpkins for our kids! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time by the pool, soaking up the sun with plenty of towels and comfortable lounge chairs. The poolside drinks and food were fantastic. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is perfect for horse racing fans as it is directly across the street from the race track. We also loved the services provided such as room service, car hire, laundry, and free wi-fi in rooms. The room amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV were just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers added to the relaxation factor. The welcome drink was a nice touch and topped off our arrival experience here.
