Convenient location near downtown attractions, helpful and professional staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms, stylish and comfortable bathroom, impeccable cleanliness throughout stay. Unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to use the rooftop pool.

This place has a great location, as it is within easy walking distance from many interesting places in downtown. The staff here is extremely helpful and professional, which was a refreshing change after staying in several other accommodations in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom deserves praise for its stylish design and comfort. The cleanliness of the room during my stay was perfect. The breakfast spread may be small, but the quality of the food is top-notch. this venue provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The gym was equipped with modern equipment. The breakfast was a good start for a long day ahead, especially the croissants. Conveniently located just a few blocks from famous cafes and restaurants.

The pool was too small and only offered limited shade due to the broken umbrellas. Most frustratingly, the kitchenette was poorly equipped and lacked basic amenities like dishwashing detergent. Not a good experience for the price paid, especially during the new year holidays.

The staff is friendly and provides good service. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the lobby lounge is a cozy place to relax. The breakfast, although limited, offers delicious local classics.

I had a wonderful stay at Bach Suites Saigon. The hotel's beautiful and elegant design really stood out to me. From the exterior to the high ceilings and contemporary furnishings, everything was tastefully done. The rooms were spacious and allowed plenty of natural light to come in. The location was also great, with easy access to District 1 and various transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stylish stay in Saigon.
