Convenient location near downtown attractions, helpful and professional staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms, stylish and comfortable bathroom, impeccable cleanliness throughout stay. Unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to use the rooftop pool.

The property was clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was courteous, nice, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel design was beautiful and elegant, with attention to detail. The location was convenient and the staff acted professionally.

Nothing could have been better.

The gym was equipped with modern equipment. The breakfast was a good start for a long day ahead, especially the croissants. Conveniently located just a few blocks from famous cafes and restaurants.

The pool was too small and only offered limited shade due to the broken umbrellas. Most frustratingly, the kitchenette was poorly equipped and lacked basic amenities like dishwashing detergent. Not a good experience for the price paid, especially during the new year holidays.

This hotel is located in a bustling area with bars and events nearby. Some rooms may be noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the lobby lounge is a cozy place to relax. The breakfast, although limited, offers delicious local classics.

The hotel lacks a kitchen, so room service and drinks are not available.

I had a wonderful stay at Bach Suites Saigon. The hotel's beautiful and elegant design really stood out to me. From the exterior to the high ceilings and contemporary furnishings, everything was tastefully done. The rooms were spacious and allowed plenty of natural light to come in. The location was also great, with easy access to District 1 and various transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stylish stay in Saigon.
