Close to the airport and dinner was amazing. the room was clean and comfortable. Sitting by the pool was enjoyable as there were plenty of options for seating and shade/sun.

the hotel, which I'll refer to as Servotel, was conveniently located near the airport and offered an airport shuttle service. They were also very accommodating when it came to holding our excess luggage while we took chartered flights within the country. One of the highlights of the hotel was its lovely outdoor patio areas, which provided a comfortable and pleasant space for lunch meetings. the staff, especially Miss Cassandre at the front desk, was very helpful and made us feel welcome. I also appreciated the excellent security measures in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. Lastly, the beds were comfortable and the lobby had modern furnishings, which was a significant improvement from my previous visit.

They were fluent in Kreyol, French, and English, which made communication easy. The hotel accepted both credit and debit card payments, adding convenience to our stay. The location was ideal as it was close to the international airport, allowing us to easily access the waiting area in Port-au-Prince. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great bonus, especially when arriving late or leaving early. We felt secure with the security gate and the property's off-road location.
