Thin ceilings let the noise from the room above come through loud and clear, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Musty smell when the heat was on, plus an elevator mishap with unprepared staff who left us stranded without much assistance or concern.

Staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay. Perfect for my business trips with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, and a Bar. Also, Restaurant, Fitness centre, and Indoor swimming pool. Flat-screen TV, AC, Non-smoking rooms, Wheelchair access, and Pets allowed - everything I need.

Almost perfect.

During Thanksgiving, we stayed at this new hotel and it was fantastic. the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. One of the best aspects was the outdoor area, where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. the pool was also great, and we had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the water. the food was also delicious, especially the pork sliders and pizza. We had a great time staying here and would highly recommend it to others.

There were a couple of things we didn't like about the hotel. For one, the service was not always the best.
