We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options available at the hotel. the local sweet treats at the breakfast bar stole our hearts, adding a delightful touch to our mornings. the view from the breakfast area was exceptional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. the attentive service and delicious meals truly made our stay memorable. this hotel is highly recommended for a fantastic experience.

The outdoor swimming pool was as refreshing as a cool breeze on a sunny day. Floating lazily on the water, I felt like a carefree sea otter basking in the sun. the poolside staff even brought me a fresh coconut to sip on, making it a truly delightful experience.

I had a blast cycling around, enjoying Mediterranean, Pizza, and Seafood. the 24-hour front desk and private pool made me feel like a VIP. the buffet breakfast was so good I almost swam in the bacon!

The location of Bay Resort is superb, just a 3-minute walk to the Ancient old town and markets. the buffet breakfast is outstanding, offering a variety of delicious food. the staff is exceptionally accommodating and welcoming, making guests feel at home. the pool area provides a stunning sunset view, and the cocktails are amazing. For the best experience, opt for a ground floor room with direct access to the grass. Overall, an amazing place with new gym facilities.

One thing about the bridge across to the main area—I felt like a tightrope walker in a circus! Despite the acrobatics, the tranquillity and view of the old town across the river truly made up for it. the staff were like my personal cheerleading squad, always ready to lend a hand. the warm pool felt like a giant bathtub; not exactly refreshing but hey, closer to a floating spa day! So, overall, a balancing act with plenty of smiles involved.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! the rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including excellent Vietnamese coffee. the staff was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. the view of the Old Town across the river was stunning, especially during breakfast time. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room, a nice touch that added to the excellent service provided by the hotel.

One thing that could be improved is the pedestrian access to the Old Town from the hotel side of the river. the sidewalk on the bridge is quite narrow and can be busy with traffic, making it a bit challenging to navigate, especially during peak hours.

The room at Bay Resort Hoi An was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the garden. As a family that enjoys privacy, we appreciated the soundproof walls and dual basins for convenience.

The pillows were too damp for our liking, affecting our sleep quality.

I always return for weekends. Staff kindly helped me find a lost item once. Suites provide all you need, like free Wi-Fi, babysitting, infinity pool, and top-notch massages. With a flat-screen TV and 24-hour service, I have no regrets.
