The outdoor swimming pool was as refreshing as a cool breeze on a sunny day. Floating lazily on the water, I felt like a carefree sea otter basking in the sun. the poolside staff even brought me a fresh coconut to sip on, making it a truly delightful experience.

I had a blast cycling around, enjoying Mediterranean, Pizza, and Seafood. the 24-hour front desk and private pool made me feel like a VIP. the buffet breakfast was so good I almost swam in the bacon!

One thing about the bridge across to the main area—I felt like a tightrope walker in a circus! Despite the acrobatics, the tranquillity and view of the old town across the river truly made up for it. the staff were like my personal cheerleading squad, always ready to lend a hand. the warm pool felt like a giant bathtub; not exactly refreshing but hey, closer to a floating spa day! So, overall, a balancing act with plenty of smiles involved.

The room at Bay Resort Hoi An was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the garden. As a family that enjoys privacy, we appreciated the soundproof walls and dual basins for convenience.

The pillows were too damp for our liking, affecting our sleep quality.
