Our stay at Bella Rosa Hotel & Spa was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy, and we loved the transparent balcony that provided a great view of the lake. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of things, near the night market and in the old quarter. We could easily walk to many attractions and enjoyed taking a stroll around the smaller lake nearby. Despite being in the middle of the action, the hotel was not too loud. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially loved the breakfast, which had a variety of delicious options like dumplings, spring rolls, beef's soup, and fried chicken.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is an excellent value for money choice in the center of Hanoi. It is located in the Old Quarter, very near Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms with balconies offer a lovely view over the lake, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast, served with a nice view on the old quarter of Hanoi, is simply delightful.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited indoor seating during breakfast on a rainy day, which caused a slight inconvenience.

The bathrooms were cute and well-designed, and even though our double room was compact, it didn't feel cramped at all. The quiet rooms, facing the internal quadrangle with sky-lit windows and lantern shades, created a cozy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
