The staff at our hotel were amazing! They were very friendly and welcoming. the rooms were fabulous and very comfortable to sleep in. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby markets.

there was some noise from the construction work nearby that was a bit bothersome.

Great stay with friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Spacious and comfortable room with an amazing balcony and pool view. - Pool area is really nice with comfy sunbeds, pool table, small gym, spa, and bar.

Shower could do with replacing as the shower head is very small, not powerful, and not height adjustable. Pool area is shaded from the sun most of the day, which isn't ideal for sunbathers.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hadana Boutique Resort Hoian. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Old Town, allowing me to explore easily. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the swimming pool. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious choices. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

A charming retreat from the bustling city. We were welcomed with a refreshing traditional drink upon arrival. Our room offered a stunning view of the beautiful pool. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, with the option to dine al fresco. The massage we indulged in was heavenly, and the seafood BBQ was colossal and delectable. The maintenance staff promptly resolved an electricity issue, and their eagerness to learn English was endearing. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the main town, and the nearby shops have friendly staff. It was difficult to say goodbye to this lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the must-see attractions in Hoi An, including the Old Town. The restaurant Morning Glory, located nearby, offers a delightful menu and delicious food cooked with love. Additionally, there are lively markets nearby to explore and indulge in local culture. The room was clean and tidy, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The staff, particularly Tham, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, as confirmed in another review.

Despite these positive aspects, some guests mentioned that the spa and gym facilities were not available.

The room amenities were exceptional, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a balcony offering a lovely view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great perk.

Cleanliness was also a concern, with a doubtful bathroom and an unclean toilet. The lack of basic welcoming gestures, such as providing fruit in the room, was also a letdown.

The hotel is superbly located within walking distance of the Old Town and offers transportation to the beach. The breakfast is delicious and the spa offers the best massages in Vietnam. The staff, especially Selena, is extremely friendly and helpful. Great for friends who enjoy going out at nights.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
