I loved staying at this hotel! The location was superb, so close to everything I wanted to visit. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and a swimming pool where I could relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Celebrating Christmas at this resort was a great experience. the facilities were impressive, and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and pool, and the location near the beach and river added to the resort's charm. One of the best aspects was the range of activities on offer, such as yoga classes and spa treatments, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant was lacking in variety for Christmas dinner. While the staff was friendly, there were some communication issues and mistakes with orders.

The staff served us until late on New Year's Eve and the resort focuses on customer satisfaction. The prices in the restaurant and spa were similar to Phuket. The food was delicious and the staff spoke good English. The room size was satisfactory.
