Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was situated on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any arrangements. They even helped me send out my postcards! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a lovely terrace where I could sit and enjoy the view. the hotel provided excellent comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. the hotel also had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the rooms were a bit humid and the one on the 2nd floor was particularly noisy, but the staff kindly arranged for us to move to a quieter room on the 4th floor.

I had an excellent dinner outside the entrance and was served by Ms. Phong, who was superb throughout. The hotel is also well situated in a side street, perfect for exploring the city by foot. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and friendly service.

I was amazed by the level of service at Conifer Boutique. The concierge, Mr Huy, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the language barrier, he helped me navigate a website, made phone calls on my behalf, and even arranged a same-day delivery. His patience and intelligence were truly impressive. The location of the hotel is excellent, with nice restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance. The staff, including Ms My, Ms Hong, and Mr Quoc Anh, were equally friendly and provided outstanding service. Despite a few minor issues with the room, such as difficult balcony door and worn bedding, I would definitely stay here again.Overall I highly recommend Conifer Boutique Hotel for its exceptional service and great location.
