Spacious and clean rooms, centrally located near cathedral and lake, helpful and friendly receptionist, good breakfast with variety, modern and well-equipped rooms.

My recent stay at a hotel in the Old Quarter was fabulous. The location was perfect, with Hoan Kiem Lake, amazing restaurants, and a lively evening market just a short walk away. The large, clean rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Kate, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They helped me plan my activities and even arranged a fantastic Halong Bay cruise. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Hanoi.

The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though their English was limited. the hotel itself is new and modern, with up-to-date facilities. the TV in the room even had Netflix, which was a nice bonus.

The beds and pillows were really comfy, just like in the photos. The room itself was nice and clean, and the bathroom was spacious too. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, especially the beef pho and the fried spring rolls. The hotel's location was also perfect, right next to the cathedral and within walking distance of the night market and Hoan Kiem Lake.

Additionally, the hotel offers a quiet room on the fourth floor, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.

The Wi-Fi stopped working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We also appreciated the free water and tea/coffee. the location of the hotel was very convenient and we were able to easily reach many tourist attractions. the decor of the hotel was quite nice and added to the pleasant atmosphere.

the breakfast provided was very average and the coffee was really terrible. the bathroom was also lacking in amenities, as there were no hooks to hang towels and the pillows were too full and bouncy, causing us to wake up with stiff necks.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a small street in a residential area, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We were also impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.
