We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of our stay at Hyatt Regency. The hotel staff exhibited exceptional service and were attentive to our needs throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. We particularly enjoyed the calming atmosphere of the swimming pool area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

The service at this hotel is amazing! the staff pays attention to intricate details and the fully-equipped Spa & wellness centre provided a luxurious full body massage which left us rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers was a perfect spot to relax.

Although all our luxurious needs were fulfilled, there was a minor issue with the poolside snack bar. We were told that the bar would be open until late at night, but when we arrived at 11 pm it was already closed.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and added festive cheer. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the in-room dining service was quick.

The location was quite far from the main attractions, which made it difficult to explore the city without spending a lot on transportation. not the best experience.
