This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exquisite facilities. the staff offer excellent service, being extremely friendly and helpful. the wellness centre is magnificent, providing a variety of professional massages, a sauna and steam room. the villa is a heavenly haven, with a private pool, garden area and exclusive amenities. the location advantages are top-notch, with beach access and an outdoor swimming pool with a view. the entertainment is splendid, with a seasonal outdoor pool, aqua park and bar/lounge area. the restaurant offers delicious meals, from local dishes to western and vegan options.

Despite the fantastic experience, the only negative aspect was the communication in English, which was sometimes a little tricky due to my accent. this did not hinder the professional service and the attention they provided.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious villa with a clean and Zen terrace. The Japanese toilets with heated seats were a wonderful surprise. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including delicious vegan dishes. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The property had multiple pools, including a rooftop pool, and a beautiful beach.

The staff were unable to find a lost item at the pool.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of sushi, local, and Western dishes. the F&B Managers were incredibly dedicated and attentive. the villas had Japanese toilets with all the functions of a smart toilet like heated seats. the property was spacious with many pools to choose from and a big outdoor lazy river. Plus, the staff were very friendly and the trips offered were informative.

Sadly, the language barrier was a huge issue. Some staff members struggled with English, making communication a struggle.
