Clean room, consistent warm water. No bathtub. Good breakfast, cold coffee. Delayed extra egg order. Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful. Brand new hotel, polished and in excellent shape. Clean and spacious rooms. Great food options. Spectacular mountain view room. Short walk to cable car and Cat Cat Village. Friendly hotel staff, some English speakers. Centrally located, 5-7 min walk to town center. Great selection for breakfast. Beautiful mountain views. Comfortable beds, accommodating staff. Good location for treks.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-7 minute walk to the center of town and close to some great restaurants. It's also near Sun plaza and Sa Pa station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with warm water and cozy beds. The staff is accommodating and the service is decent, even if some of the staff have limited English proficiency. The breakfast is adequate, and there are facilities like an android TV for entertainment.

Our city break was really amazing. the hotel location was very strategic as it was in walking distance to many attractions. We greatly enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains from our spacious and clean room. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. To keep ourselves entertained, we were able to cast music and videos on the android TV provided in our room.

In terms of the hotel services, we were not satisfied with the laundry service, as our clothes came back smelling good but still dirty. some guest-facing staff were not proficient in English, which made communication difficult at times.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the train station. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, we couldn't get enough of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant offered delicious meals throughout the day. We also appreciated the amenities like room service and laundry service.

This hotel is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
