I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hanoi that exceeded all my expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was quite close to a traffic junction that was a bit terrifying to cross on foot. Despite being a bit of a walk from the old quarter, it provided easy access to the train station.

Though there were many positive aspects of my stay, the only downside was the lack of natural light in the rooms. However, this did not bother me much as I spent most of my time exploring the city.

The breakfast at La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel And Spa was exceptional. They had a wide range of options including both local and western cuisine. The buffet was extensive, and they even offered made-to-order dishes without any extra charge. The food was always fresh and delicious, making breakfast the highlight of my day. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the city and useful tips for our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the location being a bit far from the Old Quarter and the laundry service needing improvement, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose La Sinfonia Citadel Hotel And Spa again.

The service here is top-notch. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for things to do and places to see. the breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the bar at the rooftop was a great place to relax and take in the city views. the location is also perfect, just a quick ride away from all the main attractions.

The noise level in the rooms. Sometimes it was difficult to sleep, especially on the higher floors.
