The receptionist and bellboy were so friendly and helpful, making our stay super easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and new, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The elevator was a bonus, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Definitely great value for money!

The hotel is located in the heart of tourist area of the city, making it a great option for those who want to explore HCMC on foot. Despite the lack of windows outside, which is a bit different, the spacious rooms come with all the necessary toiletries and are well-designed with great views. The breakfast is included and has a wonderful view of the city, with just the right varieties and the option for Vietnamese cuisine.

Everything was spot on.

It was not far from the airport and conveniently close to all major attractions. Plus, it was directly opposite a buzzing food market, which was amazing for exploring local cuisine. The room was a good size and I loved the spa and massage services offered on-site. The staff were friendly and the tour desk was really helpful in planning our adventures. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

That the window in our room faced the hallway, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

We had the most amazing experience at Saigonciti Hotel A. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, from helping us arrange transportation to giving us fantastic recommendations for sightseeing. They even organized a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels for us, which was an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The value for money was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Saigonciti Hotel A for a fantastic stay in the city.

Stayed at a 3-star hotel in a fantastic location. the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had most amenities. the front staff and cleaning service provided excellent service. the breakfast spread was good and the WiFi signal was strong. the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. a great deal for the price.

We recently had a romantic escape and overall our trip was fantastic! Our room had a breathtaking view of the park, and the size of the room was perfect. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Plus, we got free access to the spa and gym, which was a nice touch. the location was fantastic and gave us easy access to all the fun activities we had planned.

The lobby area was a bit outdated and needs a little sprucing up. the staff at check-in seemed a bit disinterested in their job and could have been more welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the backpacker area. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, making it convenient for exploring the city. the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The issue of cigarette smoke in the rooms. It would be better if smoking was not allowed in the rooms at all.
