The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience, with Maria being particularly attentive and professional. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. I also had the opportunity to try the spa, which was an incredible and indulgent experience. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and bar, were fantastic, and the beach views were simply breathtaking. The convenient shuttle service to the airport and night market made exploring the area hassle-free. I had an amazing time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Although the breakfast was average, and the quality of the food in the hotel's restaurants was poor, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience. Additionally, there could have been more facilities and games for children, as the kids room felt more suitable for babies.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the amazing Thai massage at the spa, it was a highlight of our trip. The infinity pool and pool bar were fantastic, providing a great way to unwind. a wonderful weekend getaway for couples looking for relaxation.

One downside of this resort is its proximity to the airport. During the day, the noise from the planes can be quite bothersome, interrupting the tranquility of the beach experience.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the complimentary tea and breakfast options. The location of the hotel was perfect - close enough to the action but far enough to enjoy peace. The best part was the beautiful beach and the stunning views of sunsets.

Although the fantastic hospitality staff was available to make our stay memorable, some reception staff seemed uninterested and provided a poor welcome experience. there was a slight delay in drinks service at the start, which was eventually addressed.
