We stayed at a boutique hotel in the old quarter of Vietnam for our cruise in Halong Bay. the staff at Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa were exceptional and made us feel so welcome. the hotel itself has a cozy and high standard feel to it, with stylish decor and furnishings. Its location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, including the lake and great restaurants. the breakfast selection was delicious, and the service from the staff was top-notch. We will definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Vietnam. Special thanks to Steve, Lily, and Alex for their hospitality.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby tourist spots and restaurants.

The noise level during the night caused by other guests slamming their doors, which disrupted our sleep on a few occasions. Another issue was the limited availability of Western restaurants in the area, as most of the options consisted of street food.

I recently stayed at Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa for a week-long getaway in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the lake, great restaurants, train street, and the war museum. The staff, particularly Lee at the front desk, provided excellent service and gave great recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast area was well-managed by a waitress who spoke fluent English and kept the place clean and tidy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms were very large and equipped with every possible comfort. The hotel is located in the old quarter, with everything within walking distance. Despite being inside the old quarter, it was a bit distant from the heart of all the hustle bustle, so we still could get a good night's rest. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was nice and offered a variety of options.

The location of the hotel is superb - right on the rail line in the old quarter but on the edge, providing a balance between accessibility and tranquility. The night market and Dong Xuan day market are just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for shopping. Additionally, the hotel is right in the city centre, ensuring easy access to various attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies change towels daily.

The WiFi connection in some rooms may be weak, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely heavily on internet access.
