We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had great facilities, including a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked eggs and delicious chicken noodle soup. The location was also perfect, as it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep, yet only a short walk away from the center of the city and Joan Kiem Lake. Additionally, the hotel provided efficient transportation services, including an airport shuttle and the ability to book tours directly in the lobby.

Mrs. Anne, the Front Office Manager, took care of all the travel arrangements including train tickets, domestic flights, and transfers. She was professional and always ensured everything was arranged expertly.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Hanoi, it was amazing, friendly and accommodating staff that went out of their way to make our stay special. We enjoyed the free Christmas cocktails and snacks offered by the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and easy to get around by foot. the room we stayed in was sparkling clean with a comfy bed and a nice hot shower.
