The rooms offer the best view of Ta Van Valley, allowing guests to wake up to breathtaking scenery each morning. The staff is attentive and the service is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as the electric mattress and fantastic views, add to the overall value for money. Finally, the breakfast served at the hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food options while guests can enjoy the scenic view of Ta Van valley down below.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The Eco Palms House in Sa Pa exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent transportation services. The rooms were warm and cozy with great amenities. The sightseeing tour and cooking class were fantastic experiences. it was the best trip ever, despite the cold weather.

The individual bungalows, themed in the local ethnic minority tribe, provide a charming and comfortable stay. The staff at Eco Palms House are warm and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the food, prepared by a former 5-star hotel chef, is top-notch and worth every penny.

One downside to consider is the distance from the hotel to the center, which may require additional transportation costs.

Our stay at Eco Palms House was simply incredible! The views of the mountains and rice paddies were breathtaking, and the bungalows were cozy and comfortable. We loved the romantic room with its comfy bed and beautiful view from the balcony. The service was impeccable, with Mrs. Hien's family going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was definitely 6 stars. We highly recommend staying at Eco Palms House when visiting Sapa. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas in the mountains and had an unforgettable experience. The view was breathtaking from the charming rustic bungalow. The food was delicious, especially the noodle dishes. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, never hesitating to help with any request. Plus, the hot shower was extremely refreshing after a day of exploring.

Navigating to the hotel can be difficult since it's tucked away in the mountains and takes a while to get there. It's not the most convenient location for those who want to be in the center of town.

We had an incredible stay at Eco Palms House in Sa Pa. The breathtaking views, cozy cottages, and friendly staff made our trip absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with local craft. The property was lush with greenery and had a variety of vegetation. We also fell in love with the 5 adorable dogs who live on the premises. Can't wait to visit again!
