I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in the Pyrenees. It was a modern and clean surprise, with friendly staff and well air-conditioned, clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was great, with gluten-free options available. The check-in process was done by a charming lady who gave us useful information. The restaurant and bar service was excellent, and the location was conveniently close to the medieval part of town.

Loved the extensive social area where I could "enjoy my leisure time in a tranquil way" - as if I have any time for leisure! Also, the surroundings were so beautiful, I didn't even have time to explore them.

Gift shop? Who needs a gift shop when I can barely fit all my shopping in my suitcase!
