The hotel also provides amenities like a kettle, phone, and in-room safe for added convenience.

It can be overwhelming to navigate the unorganized and hectic streets of the old quarter area at first.

Good location in the old quarter with nearby dining options. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, including delicious coffee.

This boutique hotel had fantastic staff and a great location. the breakfast was good and had a sufficient selection. the rooms were comfortable and modern.

The only negative was that the rooms might be too small for couples with large luggage, as there was not enough space for suitcases. Parking might be difficult around the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room at Lotusama Hanoi Hotel. The bathroom was spacious and the terrace offered a nice place to relax. I did have an issue with noise from the street, but the staff quickly resolved it by moving me to a quieter room on a higher floor. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled down an alley beside a cafe that also offered delicious egg coffee. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and a helpful and attentive staff available at all times. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered various leisure facilities, like hiking and cycling, ensuring that there was always something to do. We highly recommend this place to all travelers.
