I got great value for my money at this cozy homestay. The room had a comfy bed with an electric heating system and a huge window with a beautiful view. The location was just a short walk away from the touristy street and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The views from Fansipan Terrace Cafe And Homestay were absolutely breathtaking. We could see the beautiful Sapa Valley and the lush rice fields right from our room and the terrace. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. The staff members were friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning panoramic view and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to sleep for a few hours upon arrival after a night bus.

Although I found the other food from the menu to be less delicious, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it was still easily walkable.

The view from the room and the cafe were both amazing and definitely worth the stay. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was freshly made for every customer. The room and toilet were clean enough, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Fansipan Terrace Cafe And Homestay for a few days during my trip to the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, with fantastic views from both the room and the restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I loved the quieter location away from the busy center. The hotel is also conveniently close to the touristy Cat Cat village, which was a great experience. I especially enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace, delicious food and tea, and the fact that they provide free toiletries in the shower. The dorm room had a stunning view of Mt. Fansipan, and the breakfast was easily accessible as it was located upstairs.

Incredible view from the cafe and rooms. Comfortable twin and dorm rooms with privacy curtains and puffy duvets. Clean shared bathrooms with hot showers and good water pressure. Friendly staff who, despite limited English, were helpful with the assistance of Google Translate. Good location near the cable car and city centre. Delicious breakfast and drinks, especially the coconut coffee.

We enjoyed the morning breakfast in the open sky area of the restaurant, sipping coffee while admiring the surrounding beauty. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff was very attentive. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, cable car station, and downtown area. The view from the huge windows in the cozy and relaxing rooms was breathtaking.
